Add missing JVM modules to packaged distribution

javax.naming.NamingException (used by logback's JNDI lookup) was not
included in the bundled JVM image. Explicitly include:
- java.naming (javax.naming)
- java.management (JMX, used by logback)
- java.instrument (used by logback)
- jdk.unsupported (reflection support)
- java.security.jgss (networking)
